Glimpse is a website auditing platform that provides tools for checking SEO, performance metrics, and social media previews across your domain. The Service includes:

  • Automated crawling and analysis of websites

  • Export and reporting capabilities

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You may use Glimpse with or without creating an account
  • Anonymous audits may be stored temporarily (up to 24 hours)
  • To access audit history and advanced features, you must create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use Glimpse to:

  • Audit websites that you own or have permission to audit
  • Generate reports for your own websites or client websites (with proper authorization)
  • Export and share audit results

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to audit websites without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract proprietary algorithms
  • Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

5. Rate Limits and Usage

5.1 Free Tier

  • Limited audit history retention
  • Manual audits only

5.2 Paid Tiers

  • Higher page limits and additional features
  • Extended audit history
  • Scheduled audits and automated reports
  • Additional terms apply as specified in your subscription plan

5.3 Fair Use

We reserve the right to:

  • Enforce rate limits to ensure fair usage
  • Suspend accounts that abuse the Service
  • Modify limits with reasonable notice

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

  • All content, features, and functionality of Glimpse are owned by us
  • Our trademarks, logos, and brand names are our property
  • You may not use our intellectual property without written permission

  • You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service

  • Anonymous audits may be automatically deleted after 24 hours

  • Audit results will be 100% accurate
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glimpse, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
